An internal operations assistant for QMax Industries, connecting QuickBooks Online.
The QMax Service Mesh (“Max”) is a private, internal integration built for QMax Industries by Visionary Technology. It reads QuickBooks Online accounting data — customers, bills, invoices, receivable/payable aging, and financial reports — to power internal read-only views such as a unified cash-flow tracker, a KPI scorecard, and accounts-payable/receivable triage. It can also create or correct a limited set of records (vendor bills, bill dates, and customer invoices), but only after an authorized QMax staff member explicitly approves each individual action.
Access is restricted to authenticated staff of QMax Industries. It is not a public or multi-tenant application and is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store. Every request is authenticated against QMax’s Microsoft Entra identity provider.
